Code of Conduct – H.I.T. H.A.R.D. tm

Honesty – I will be sincere, fair and open with people. If I am honest with myself and others, then I will be respected for my actions and my word.

Integrity – I will hold true to my morals and principles. By staying true to my beliefs, I will have a clear path for myself and others to follow.

Trust – I will foster confidence in others through my actions & words. I understand that respect and trust cannot be bestowed: They must be earned.

Health – I have one body, so I will treat it with care & respect and feed it well. Eating food that is good for my body keeps me feeling well. I will exercise my mind, as well as my body, to strengthen both.

Attitude – I control my feelings and how I look at the world. My attitude affects how others respond, how they treat me and those around me. I influence others with my Attitude.

Responsibility – I will take ownership of my actions and reactions. What I do effects and affects others. I will correct my mistakes and take humble credit for my successes.

Discipline – I will develop self-control and self-correction. I will follow instructions. I will make good decisions for myself to do the right thing without being told (The difference between discipline and self-discipline).
